Irrigation is one of the most important operations for obtaining yields and quality crops in areas with arid and semi-arid climates.

The Task Force is pursuing the implementation of a modernized system for optimizing irrigation rates for stone fruit trees (especially peaches and nectarines). The methods and coefficients developed decades ago for varieties that are no longer the majority will be replaced by new ones obtained through modern technology and Big Data.
