Operational Group: Rotation of camelina (Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz) crops for the efficient and sustainable use of its products and by-products

The Operational Group seeks to achieve 4 main objectives:    

• Promoting a smart, resilient, and diversified agricultural sector.    
• Contribute to the objectives of AEI-AGRI, promoting an agricultural sector that uses resources efficiently, is economically viable, and is climate-friendly and resilient to climate change.    
• Contribute to the stable and sustainable supply of feed or biomaterials that improve environmental protection and climate change adaptation or mitigation.   
• Promote camelina as a new alternative crop to fallow and dryland cereal monoculture rotation in central Spain.
