Description
Through the creation of the Operational Group, innovative technology will be incorporated into the wine sector, enabling a management platform for improved vineyard monitoring and management. This platform will include the management of vineyard health, fertilization control, plantation management, and automation for determining the optimal harvest point using hyperspectral imaging.
Objectives
Implementation of a management system for the plots of wine cooperative members using an application that allows for the collection of information on work performed, pest and disease incidence, inputs used, historical productivity, and the evolution of ripening using hyperspectral imaging, cost control, and monitoring of harvested areas.
