AECOC

15th AECOC Supply Chain Congress

In recent years, logistics has undergone a profound transformation driven by factors such as the need for greater resilience to global and local crises, inflation, digitalization, sustainability challenges, and volatile demand. Consumer goods companies have had to quickly adapt to this complex scenario, ensuring that, in the process, logistics is considered a key strategic element within their supply chains. We face enormous challenges, such as meeting decarbonization goals, managing logistics talent, and continuing to work to recover the profitability lost in recent years. However, new allies are emerging in the form of new technologies that can help us navigate the change process while also providing the efficiency improvements we seek. Tools such as generative artificial intelligence are being progressively adopted to optimize all types of processes, improve demand forecasting, and ensure product traceability . Discover how consumer goods companies are responding to all these challenges and uncertainty on October 28th in Madrid, at the meeting point for supply chain leaders. A place where you can share experiences with the top leaders of the sector's supply chains and prepare for this scenario.
