It is a fair that is aimed at producers of EVOO and nuts, farmers, cooperative members, investment and service companies, consumers of production machinery and inputs, women and men with gourmet concerns. We will also have various activities such as machinery exhibition, technical conferences, tastings, dissemination of the culture of EVOO and nuts through the hospitality industry before and during the celebration of the Fair.
