Billions of potential investment seek projects in the foodtech ecosystem during the ftalks event
Description
The sixth edition of ftalks: The Foodchangemakers Summit will take place in Valencia on June 18 and 19. More than 20 investment funds with a capacity of up to 4 billion euros will participate in this event, sharing space with the main Spanish and foreign food companies and startups. The main advances in the following will be exhibited:

- Neuroscience applied to the food sector
- Upcycling or revaluation of industrial waste
- Edible and biodegradable packaging
Conferences on the future of the foodtech sector
In the Conferences area, more than 100 renowned voices from around the world will participate in the agenda of talks and round tables in which decarbonisation, resilient supply chains, regenerative agriculture, the fight against food waste and the effects of climate change on soils and food security will be discussed.

The event offers a space to learn about the most cutting-edge projects through presentations and round tables, culminating in the presentation of awards that recognise the sector's efforts in innovation and sustainability.
