FERTINNOWA

Use an integrated multi-stakeholder approach through the FERTINNOWA platform that will involve various stakeholders (researchers, producers, policy makers, industry, environmental groups, etc.) at various levels, including the socio-economic and regulatory level (national and European) with a special focus on the EU Water Framework Directive and the Nitrates Directive. Information will be collected at national level to feed a European benchmark study that will evaluate and compare existing technologies used in various horticultural sectors, including vegetables, fruits and ornamentals in different climate zones.
