DIH West Region Romania

The Western Regional Development Agency administers the European Union-funded regional development programs in the Western Region: Arad, Caraş-Severin, Hunedoara, and Timişoara. It promotes the region and supports improvements in the quality of life of its inhabitants, oversees the attraction of foreign investment, and provides business support services. The Western Regional Development Agency is the Managing Authority for the Western Regional Program 2021-2027, focusing on innovation, digitalization, green and smart cities, modernization of educational institutions at all levels, and the protection and enhancement of heritage.
