Bioeconomy refers to an economy that makes intelligent use of natural resources, and also includes the use of waste and biological processes in sustainable companies.
The Andalusian Observatory of Agricultural Bioeconomy is a project whose objective is to evaluate the progress and measure the impact of the bioeconomy in the Andalusian region in order to disseminate the results and make them available to the public. To do so, science and technology will be monitored, as well as policies related to the bioeconomy.
The Task Force creates a framework of knowledge on economic data to assess market developments, will create a repository of different existing technologies and how they impact the economy, as well as future emerging businesses and those yet to emerge as a result of these innovative technologies and, of course, analysis of their profitability.
