Robotics and new tools for agriculture workshop

This event will feature agricultural robots that are already operating on real farms. Their advantages and disadvantages will be analysed to assess the possibilities and benefits of implementing robotic technologies and other innovative tools in agricultural practices. It includes a field demonstration of robots and agricultural machinery, allowing participants to see how the technology works and how it can be applied in a real-life environment.

Among the aspects that will be addressed more specifically are:

• Variable dosage in sowing, phytosanitary products and fertilizers
• High precision plant application (ECOROBOTIX)
• Mechanical weeding and incorporation of plant covers
• Current solutions in agricultural robotics
• Multifunctional robot for horticulture and tree crops
