The 1st National Meeting of Young People and Hosts participating in the Cultiva Program will take place in Madrid on November 27. This program promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food provides young people from rural areas with access to on-site training, guided by the managers of model farms, examples of good practices and the implementation of innovation in the sector. In order to bring together the participants of the CULTIVA Programme (young people, hosts of model farms and management entities) from the 2020 to 2023 editions, and to create a network among all of them to discuss this initiative and the generational change in the agricultural sector, this meeting will take place, which will include discussion panels and activities that promote the exchange of experiences. On the verge of its 40th edition, BioCultura Madrid will once again show that “bio” is not/was not a fad and that it is here to stay. The fair will be held in November at the Feria de Madrid-Ifema venue. The sectors will be: Organic food; Certified eco-natural cosmetics and hygiene; Healthy home; Sustainable fashion; Eco Lifestyle; Health and Wellbeing, NGOs… It is expected that 400 exhibitors will participate and that more than 50,000 visitors will once again be expected. More than 300 activities will be held in parallel to the exhibition. Ángeles Parra, director of the fair, commented that “it would be very difficult to summarise these almost 40 years of fairs, activism, rebellion and social awareness. We have never been a fad. Time has proved us right. The future will be ecological or it will not be.”

The 57th edition of the Lorca livestock, industrial and agri-food fair, SEPOR, will be held on October 28, 29, 30 and 31, 2024 in Lorca, Murcia Its programme includes the presentation of new products and solutions for the sector, as well as an extensive programme of conferences and talks.

From 10 to 13 September 2024 , Edinburgh will become the capital of agricultural advice. The city will host the respective annual sessions of the three main European rural advice networks (IALB, EUFRAS and SEASN) that come together to form this major event with the motto "Adapting to zero emissions" for 2024. The event thus consolidates its position as the largest agricultural advice and consultancy conference in Europe. 63rd IALB, 13th EUFRAS and 10th SEASN 2024 Conferences The aim of the conference is to bring together consultants from across Europe to explore how different countries integrate education and research with consultancy to deliver best practice and achieve truly effective information and innovation transfer . This year, the programme promises an interesting mix of inspiration, learning, networking and knowledge for delegates. Through a variety of workshops, keynote lectures, cultural exhibitions, tourism experiences and networking opportunities, the conference will explore Scotland's agricultural system and how it builds and leverages relationships between people working in the rural economy and those in research, education and consultancy, to improve the sustainability of rural land use in Scotland. BioCultura is celebrating its 30th edition at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, and is witnessing the rise of organic production, sales and consumption. BioCultura, like every edition, has the firm intention of continuing to surprise visitors with the latest developments in the organic sector. The proposals are increasingly varied and make it easier for us to adopt healthy habits and consume more responsibly. BioCultura is the largest fair for organic products and responsible consumption in the state and will bring together this year some 400 exhibitors dedicated to the sectors of organic food, organic cosmetics, sustainable fashion, healthy housing, responsible tourism, renewable energy, sustainable mobility, crafts and NGOs. The Conference will bring together the best of agricultural and rural innovation in Europe. The objectives are: to highlight the successful implementation of the EIP-AGRI through GO projects as one of its main pillars, and to learn from this experience for the implementation of projects under the CAP 2023-2027. BioCultura, the largest fair for organic products and ecotourism in the state, will be held from March 1 to 3, 2024 at EXPOCoruña. This 5th edition in A Coruña will bring together more than 150 exhibitors dedicated to the sectors of organic food (with more than 10,000 references), ecotourism, organic cosmetics, sustainable fashion, healthy housing, well-being, eco-lifestyle, crafts and NGOs. More than 150 activities will be held in parallel to the exhibition and it is expected to attract more than 13,000 visitors.

The Agrarian Technological Institute of Castilla y León ( ITACyL ) and the Agri-Food Industry Association of Ávila ( Avilagro ) have organized a networking day to promote innovation in the food industry in the province of Avila.
