The Trujillo Cheese Fair will be held from May 1 to 4, 2025. Four cheese-producing regions in Extremadura have been recognized as Protected Designation of Origin: Torta del Casar , La Serena , and Los Ibores , and Acehúche has just achieved this status. From September 6 to 8, 2024, the XXVII PRONATURA International Rural Women's Fair will take place in Segovia , organized by FEMUR, the Spanish Federation of Rural Women.
