Agroalnext National Event: For a Sustainable and Digital Agri-Food Sector

On November 7, 2025 , the Baluarte Conference Center and Auditorium in Pamplona will host the Agroalnext National Event entitled " For a sustainable and digital agri-food sector thanks to knowledge and innovation," a key event for the future of the agri-food sector.
The Agroalnext program , launched in 2022 with an investment of €49.18 million (65% PRTR funds and 35% regional funds), has involved the participation of seven autonomous communities : Navarre, the Valencian Community, Murcia, La Rioja, Aragon, Extremadura, and Asturias. Its objective has been to reduce the gap between knowledge and technological innovation, promoting the digital and ecological transition of the agri-food sector.
The event will bring together researchers, representatives of public administration, and business associations to share experiences and perspectives on key topics such as:
- Sustainable primary production
- Food safety and accessibility
- Digital transition
- Circular economy
- Agri-food innovation
In addition, the meeting will allow the R&D teams of the participating communities to:
- Present progress and results achieved
- Make innovative projects visible
- Generating new synergies for the transformation of the sector
- Disseminate knowledge through presentations in areas such as climate change adaptation, circularity and byproduct valorization, new food ingredients and processes, and sensor technology with advanced analysis.
With this event, Agroalnext culminates a period of interregional collaboration that puts knowledge and innovation at the service of a more sustainable, competitive, and digital agri-food sector.
