Interpretation of soil analysis and sustainable fertilization guidelines

Description

Training Certificate issued by INEA Foundation

Goals

• Understand the importance of soil in sustainable agricultural management and soil balance as the basis of agricultural production
• Know the laws that govern soil fertility and soil analysis to detect nutritional imbalances
• Understand the soil texture and its behavior. Measures to improve soil texture for balance.
• Know the soil pH and correct the pH of a soil for its balance
• Detect saline, sodic, and saline-sodic soil, the causes that cause it, and how to correct it
• Know the amount of organic matter in the soil and its influence on it and know how the clay-humic complex or exchange complex is formed
• Detect the amount of Carbonates and active Limestone we have in the soil and interpret both parameters
• Detect the amount of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium we have in the soil and know how it works in the soil to control its management
• Know the secondary elements and micronutrients in the soil and their function in the soil and in the plant
• Understand soil management once it has been analyzed and define the options available for sustainable fertilization.
